To book a lesson you can either use WhatAapp, email or use the contact form which is located at the bottom of each page. All of our contact details can be found in the contact section of the website. We aim to return your message within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can use the booking page .

You will need to have either a desktop computer, laptop or tablet. You will also need a microphone and webcam. Most laptops and tablets have these built in.

After you have made contact and we have scheduled a lesson, a Zoom ID number will be sent to you. Next, go onto the Zoom website https://zoom.us/join and type the ID number into the "meeting ID" box. You will then be sent to the virtual classroom. At first, you will be placed into a virtual waiting room, but your tutor will let you in when it is the correct time.

Online lessons are taught much the same as face to face lessons. You will be able to see and hear your tutor and they will be able to share their screen with you. This means you can watch videos, look at handouts and write on the virtual whiteboard. Your tutor can also email homework, so that you can consolidate your learning.

Yes, we do. We can teach classes of up to 12 people. You may have a friendship group that would like to improve their English, or perhaps you are colleagues that need English for work purposes. Whatever the reason, contact us and let us know your requirements. Students often find it fun to learn with others and conversations are much easier to practice when there are several people in the class. Group classes are cheaper than individual classes. Depending on the size of the class, the price will range from £8 to £15 per person.

Yes, all of our tutors have qualified teacher status in the form of a teaching degree or a PGCE. Tutors who are teaching English as second language, are Cambridge CELTA certified. Additionally, Tutastic tutors also have over 5 years teaching experience. We are Fantastic Tutors!

The first lesson will be free. This is for you to decide if the tutor is suitable and the online lessons meet your requirements. After the trial lesson, the price will depend on lesson length, subject and whether it's for a group or an individual. Individual lessons are generally more expensive. Lessons will range from £6 ( group lessons) - £30.00 ( individual lessons). If you prefer your lesson to be 30 or 45 minutes long, then the price will reflect this.

Lessons can be paid via the website, a direct bank transfer, or through PayPal. Lessons must be paid in advance. You can either pay weekly or we can send you an invoice and pay monthly. If you cannot pay for your lesson in advance, please let us know and we may be able to come to an alternative arrangement.
