Thank you for visiting my website and blog. My name is Emma and I am the founder of Tutastic.
During the Covid pandemic, I discovered online teaching and it inspired me to start my own business. I would like to use this blog to share my journey from a primary school teacher to a full-time, self- employed tutor. So, if you are thinking of leaving your teaching role and want to take the (scary) leap into being your own boss, then follow me! I will be describing the route I have taken and giving tips on what has worked and what hasn’t.
This blog will also provide useful information and resources to those who are teaching and learning English. Whenever I find a useful website or book, I will use this blog to share it so that you can benefit from it too.
